2. Local Client-Side Processing

VidBatch is a 100% client-side application. All video processing is performed entirely within your browser using FFmpeg.wasm and your device's local processing power. We NEVER upload, view, save, or store any of your video files on our servers or any third-party server. Your files never leave your device.

3. Authentication Data

We offer authentication via Google and Facebook OAuth, as well as standard email registration. We only access and store basic profile information required to maintain your account, specifically your email address and name. We do not have access to your passwords for OAuth providers.

4. Third-Party Services

We utilize the following secure third-party services to operate VidBatch:

• Supabase: We use Supabase for secure data management, including storing your basic account profile, tier status, and credit balance.
• Groq API: We use Groq's fast AI inference models for features such as generating automated captions and metadata. Prompts sent to Groq do not contain personal data.
• Whop: All payments and subscriptions are handled securely by Whop. We do not store any of your credit card or payment information.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your account information. Since your videos are processed locally, the risk of data breaches involving your personal media is eliminated by design.
