2. Account Usage & Rules

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to abuse the platform, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or use the service for illegal purposes.

3. Fair Use of the AI Engine

Our platform uses advanced AI models (powered by Groq) to provide features like automated captioning and metadata generation. You agree to use these features in a reasonable manner. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that exhibit abusive behavior, generate excessive automated requests, or attempt to reverse-engineer our AI integrations.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Whop

All payments, subscriptions, and billing for the VidBatch Pro tier are processed securely through Whop. By subscribing, you agree to Whop's terms of service regarding payment processing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

5. Digital Credits and Refund Policy

VidBatch operates on a digital credit system and subscription model. Because video processing occurs on your local device and digital credits provide immediate access to our premium infrastructure:

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or prorated credits for unused time or credits.
• In the event of a technical failure on our end that consumes credits without delivering the promised service, we may, at our sole discretion, issue replacement credits.
• Any chargebacks or payment disputes initiated maliciously will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your account and associated IP address.

6. Limitation of Liability

VidBatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any lost data, performance issues related to your local hardware, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this site.
